POLAROID PORTRAITS

POLAROID PORTRAITS

This workshop invites children to explore photography as a way to both see and be seen. Using props, accessories, and expressive body language — posture, gesture, and movement — participants will uncover creative ways to communicate mood and identity. Experimental approaches are encouraged as they develop their own unique polaroid picture.

ART FORM: PHOTOGRAPHY AND COLLAGE

Aims:

  • Introduce children to the fundamentals of portrait photography
  • Encourage self expression through body language, props, and creative styling
  • Explore mood and identity as artistic themes
  • Build confidence in experimenting with visual storytelling
