Drawing for Life | Beach Daze

Join us for Drawing for Life – a relaxed space to unwind and explore your creativity.

Each Drawing for Life session sees leading artists and performers curate poses, subjects and performances for you to draw.

In September, we’re taking inspiration from the new HOTA Gallery exhibition Ken Done: No Rules, open Sat 13 Sept 2025 – Sun 15 Feb 2026. A live model will create various beach scenes for participants to explore through drawing. Inspired by Ken Done, we’ll focus on the colour and composition of each scene.

Our Artist Educators will guide you in short drawing warm-ups, followed by long and sustained poses to investigate details and various drawing materials. All abilities are welcome to enjoy this unique and artful experience. All drawing materials are provided.

Ticket includes one complimentary beverage from a selected drinks menu, with food and drinks available to purchase throughout the session.

Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm event start. This event does not contain nudity.
