Yoga and Music

Celebrate the warmer weather with a month of free YOGA & MUSIC on HOTA's Outdoor Stage.

Join us on the lawns of HOTA’s Outdoor Stage with Yoga Instructor Ian Cariaga as he guides you through a yoga experience all set to a soundtrack of live music and sounds by Whaia Creation & Joshua Tree.

This truly is a lifestyle meets art experience as the guided yoga pairs with live music to bring you to a state of utmost mind, body and soul to awaken your morning.

Make a morning of it and pair your Yoga and Music experience with HOTA’s Farmers & Artisan Markets with coffee by the lake. There’s no better place to be on a Sunday morning – Namaste.

This is a FREE Ticketed Event and registrations are essential. Suitable for beginners to intermediate. Participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing & bring their own Yoga mat, towel or be comfortable on a grassed outdoor surface.

Participants are required to register and book online. These events fill up fast and are limited to 200 Participants per event.

#ABOUT IAN CARIAGA

Ian’s focus is to help guide participants to make a conscious movement towards making change and to extend the knowledge that has been passed onto him over the last 26 years of experience. His Yoga practice is more than an exercise for good health and physique, it’s a way of living and acknowledgment of the origins of yoga beyond the asana (Yoga poses).
