Join Executive chef Dayan Hartill-Law by the fire pit for an intimate masterclass, sharing tips and tricks for cooking over live fire. Guests will be shown some handy hints for cooking brisket, pork ribs, a decadent burger and an array of different vegetables.
Bar Manager Tom Angel will be creating some delicious Bourbon-based cocktails for refreshments as well.
