The Gold Coast Film Festival Awards Gala promises an evening of celebration, fine dining, and red carpet excitement, as we come together to shine a spotlight on the incredible talent and creativity within the Australian film community.

Hosted at Queensland’s iconic Warner Brothers Movie World, the event is set to entertain while providing fantastic opportunities to network and connect with industry representatives and filmmakers. 

The highlight of the night is the prestigious presentation of the 2025 Chauvel Award, a coveted honor that acknowledges outstanding contributions to the Australian film industry.

On the night we will celebrate two of Australia's most significant fiilmmakers, Charles and Elsa Chauvel, by presenting The Chauvel Award. The award acknowledges the significant contribution to the Australian Screen Industry.

Due to alcohol service at the event, tickets are only available to those 18 and above.
