Fridays on the Lawn

Friday's On The Lawn on Fri 20 May will be cancelled due to the forecasted weather. We will be back on Fri 27 May for live music and afternoon drinks.

With the smooth sounds from local musicians floating in the background, free entry, and a selection of your favourite drinks available for purchase from our Lawn Bar, all you need to do is pull up a chair or bring a comfy blanket to sit on - and don't forget those good vibes.

Make a night of it. Visit our current major exhibition, explore the City Collection, and book in for dinner at Palette Restaurant.

Fridays on the Lawn takes place 4-7pm every Friday, with music from 4.30pm-6.30pm.

Food or alcohol is not permitted to be brought to Fridays on the Lawn - but our Lawn Bar and HOTA Cafe is open, and dinner starts at Palette Restaurant from 5pm.

HOTA proudly acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we are situated, the Kombumerri families of the Yugambeh Language Region. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and recognise their continuing connections to the lands, waters and their extended communities throughout South East Queensland.
