Culinary minds collide when the who’s who of the Gold Coast culinary scene combine to deliver a 5-course dinner under the stars.

The North Room’s Tim Stewart, Anekawa’s Koki Anekawa, Pastry chef extraordinaire Melanie Day, HOTA’s own Dayan Hartill-Law and Marco Pierre White have come together to create a meal to celebrate the region the rich diversity in the culinary tapestry of the Gold Coast.

Each course expertly paired by our multi award winning beverage team. This night is not to be missed.

#Chef Bios

Marco Pierre White

Dubbed the godfather of modern cooking, the first rock-star chef and original ‘enfant terrible’ Marco Pierre White is a renowned chef, restauranteur and TV personality.

He has led the UK restaurant scene for over 30 years and is regarded by many to have single-handedly dragged it to being at the forefront of modern gastronomy.

Tim Stewart

Chef / Owner of the North room in Mermaid beach, Tim has been apart of the Gold Coast’s culinary scene for over 15 years. Presiding over Vanitas, Seaduction, Oskars and now the North room, with a passion for the region and the produce of the region Tim cooks with intention.

Koki Anekawa

Chef / Owner of Anekawa in Mudgereeba Koki has worked on the Gold Coast for 10 years from Vanitas to Quintessence and now his own space cooking authentic Japanese cuisine, working with many suppliers delving into the regions micro seasons to create award winning cuisine.

Melanie Day

Pâtissier Melanie has a career spanning multiple decades from heading up the pastry team at Sofitel Gold Coast to now developing products. With enormous edible installations on cable cars, aquariums and more.
