After the sell out in 2023 we are bringing back the Palette X Marco Pierre White dinner where guests will be treated to a Q&A hosted by Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law followed by a 5-course menu celebrating Southeast Queensland and the incredible produce as selected by Marco.
Guests will enjoy paired wines and the opportunity to catch the grandfather of modern gastronomy in action. Don’t miss the chance to be in the thick of the action with our private table in the kitchen.
