Chevron One and HOTA Partnership Announce

We’re thrilled to announce this week that HOTA has entered an exclusive partnership with Chevron One Residences as our new Principal Partner.

Chevron One Residences, is the latest stunning architectural project developed by Bensons Property Group, and is located just a short 15 minute walk from HOTA.

Bensons Property Group have incorporated art in its developments throughout their history of developing and delivering residences of distinction spanning over two decades.

Architecturally drawing reference from the world-famous surroundings here on the Gold Coast (and no stranger to bold architecture ourselves), Chevron One Residences is an iconic residential development that celebrates both the close proximity to Surfers Paradise, while enjoying the calm oasis of Chevron Island – with our cultural playground placed squarely in the residences’ backyard.

#Supporting and enriching local cultural & arts industry

The Chairman of Bensons Property Group, Elias Jreissati AM, KJGC, heartily recognised HOTA as a must-see destination which ‘enriches the local cultural and arts industry’.

He told us ‘Art has a way of enriching the lives of all those that touch it and see it. Our developments must include elements that enrich the lives of those who live in them.’

Chevron One Residences are the Principal Exhibition Partner of our inaugural Summer exhibition, Art Mixtape: Yours for Summer, opening Sat 18 December.

Mr and Mrs Jreissati are avid art collectors having supported art and cultural philanthropic ventures all around Australia.

‘Our philosophy at Bensons is that we must add value and give back to the communities we work in.’

This clear directive has been passed on through all our developments and Chevron One Residences is no different.’

Residents of Chevron One will enjoy a complimentary HOTA Membership, with access to a variety of money-can’t-buy experiences across performing arts, exhibitions, and dining.
