Terms and Conditions of your HOTA Teacher Pass 

The HOTA Teacher Pass is: 

• valid for 3 years from the date of issue and subject to the general HOTA Terms & Conditions 

• Failure to complete this form completely and accurately will result in the voiding of the application. 

• By submitting an Teacher Pass application, you acknowledge can provide evidence of your employment in the education sector.  

• Your valid HOTA Teacher Pass card must be presented in order to receive your benefits. 

• HOTA Teacher Pass Membership cards and benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Only the named person on the card can access the benefits, unless otherwise stated. 

• It is the responsibility of the HOTA Techer Pass holder to notify HOTA of any change of address or contact information by updating their contact information in their online account. 

• HOTA reserves the right to vary programs, events, Teacher Pass prices, benefits and terms, where required and at its sole discretion. 

• Any changes to the HOTA Teacher Pass will be notified by email and included on our Teacher Pass membership page.
