When will I receive my HOTA Artist Pass card?​

HOTA has moved to a digital membership card platform. Your digital HOTA Teacher Pass Membership Card will be emailed through to you to download onto your phones digital wallet after you receive your successful application confirmation email.

How do I redeem my HOTA Artist Pass discounts?

You must present your HOTA Teacher Pass card to receive your discounts. If ordering tickets online, you will need to be logged into your account and provide your issued HOTA Teacher Pass number to complete the transaction and to apply the discount. You’ll need to present your HOTA Teacher Pass card when collecting your ticket.

How do I redeem my other HOTA Teacher’s Pass benefits?

You will receive an email notifying you of invitations to exclusive events and special promotions on performances and exhibitions for HOTA Teacher Pass holders. To ensure you receive these emails, please notify HOTA of any change of email address, or contact information.
