For one night only renowned chef / restauranteur, George Calombaris will be appearing at Palette where he’ll work with our Executive Chef, Dayan Hartill-Law, to collaborate on a 5-course menu highlighting the amazing produce of South East Queensland. George will bring some of his favourite flavours and techniques to life, embracing his Greekology philosophy that embodies storytelling, love, deliciousness and creativity.
