PAINTING PETS

Animals have inspired artists for thousands of years, from cave paintings to modern portraits. In this workshop, children will learn the basics of drawing, colour theory, and composition while painting a portrait of their pet or favourite animal. With guidance from our Artist Educators, they’ll explore brushstrokes, highlights, and tonal variation to capture the personality of their furry (or feathered!) friend. A creative and fun holiday activity that blends skill building with a love of animals.
