About the Opportunity: 

We are seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to lead individual sections of the kitchen. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage food preparation, oversee service, and ensure that every dish meets the high standards our guests expect.

Lead Your Section: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, service, and quality control for your designated section of the kitchen.

Maintain High Standards: Ensure consistency and precision in every dish served, balancing aesthetics and flavour.

Collaborate: Work closely with fellow chefs to maintain a clean, organised kitchen and contribute to the development of seasonal menus and new dishes.

Stay Organised and Efficient: Manage your section during service, ensuring all dishes are executed flawlessly and on time.

The Ideal candidate Must Have: 

  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar, ideally in high-end dining environment
  • Certification in Hospitality / (cookery) or equivalent (preferred)
  • Leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to work well with a dynamic team
  • A passion for culinary creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a high-pressure kitchen environment
  • A commitment to quality, innovation, and consistency in every dish
