Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting. You should be efficient, personable, and enjoy interacting with customers. Additionally, you will excel in crafting delicious coffees and serve as a role model for our café team, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service
  • Current QLD RSA certification and a solid understanding of relevant legislation
  • Food Safety Certification (preferred)
  • Barista training (preferred)
  • Proficient in all aspects of food and beverage service, skills, and procedures.
