Palette X George Calombaris

One night only renowned chef/restauranteur George Calombaris brings his Greekology to Palette where he will work with our Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-law to collaborate on a 6-course menu highlighting the amazing produce of Southeast Queensland. George brings some of his favourite flavours and techniques to life embracing his Greekology philosophy that embodies storytelling, love, deliciousness and creativity. With the fire pit set we are set to be delighted by delicious dishes kissed by fire, we are in for a treat.
