Palette retains Two Chef Hats
Palette has retained its 14 points and two Chef Hats awarded by the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG), an incredible achievement for the team.
Acknowledged as Australia’s most comprehensive restaurant authority, AGFG has been awarding Chef Hats around the country for over three decades. Inspectors dine anonymously, hunting for venues worthy of recognition for the food alone.
As one of only four restaurants on the Gold Coast to be awarded chef's hats, the achievement is a testament to the incredible Palette team, including Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law and HOTA Gallery Sous Chef Josh Gibbons.
HOTA’s Interim CEO Mik Auckland, congratulated Palette on their award:
Situated in the HOTA Gallery, Palette offers a truly unique blend of art and food on the Gold Coast. Dayan and the team entice all the senses, taking inspiration from artworks on display and celebrating fresh locally sourced ingredients.
What’s next for Palette? The team are working hard on their newest menu, inspired by upcoming exhibition Pop Masters: Art from the Mugrabi Collection, New York.
Book your seat to experience it for yourself and see just how naturally art and food blends.
