Art and Technology | Kids Imagine

In these workshops, Art and Technology collide. This is all about music, art and video mapping. Facilitated by Anthony Pieters, kids will learn skills in drawing, storytelling through art, the basics of video mapping and how to translate this all into an interactive performance. The workshops will run for 8 weeks with a showcase of their work during the September Kids Take Over

Presented by HOTA, Home of the Arts as part of the Kids Imagine program.

Kids Imagine

This year we’re offering an amazing opportunity for the next generation of performers, creatives and budding artists to participate in our free Kids Imagine program for kids between 10-15 years old.

This program is like nothing you’ve seen before – this is not dance lessons or acting classes – this is 6 months of weekly workshops, taking place each Monday of the school term, where kids will truly take the lead in coming up with ideas and working with professional artists to produce performances.

Keeping you safe

It is incredibly important to us that you have a safe experience when you come to HOTA. We have a COVID Safe plan and there are some new conditions of entry which you should read before purchasing a ticket or attending an event at HOTA.

All events are set up to ensure we meet all social distancing and hygiene guidelines. All you have to do is enjoy yourself.
