Where are the Supper Club events taking place?
All events will be Lakeside (set up on the Lakeside Terrace and the Lakeside Room).
How do I get to the Lakeside?
To access the Lakeside you can follow the trail from the main entrance to HOTA (which will take you down the side of the HOTA Central). Alternatively, you can go around the Outdoor Stage towards the Lake or come across the HOTA Bridge from Chevron Island. We ask people not to access the Lakeside by going through HOTA Central as we need to carefully manage the number of people in our foyer area.
Why are you only selling tables for 4 or 2 people?
With the necessary restrictions in place, we can only accommodate a limited amount of people in the Lakeside. Selling individual tickets reduces our capacity to a financial position that is not viable.
Are you taking contact details for everybody attending?
Yes, when tables are purchased, we are collating information of everybody attending. If that changes on the night please let us know when you arrive.
What food is included in my ticket?
See individual event pages for the food that is included at each performance.
When I realise how tasty the food is, will I be able to purchase more on the night?
Absolutely you will.
Why is food included in the price?
The performance elements will last approximately an hour but we want you to enjoy a whole evening at HOTA which is why supper is included.
I have an allergy and/or dietary requirements, will you cater for me?
At the time of your booking you will be prompted to provide us with allergen and dietary information to make adjustments wherever possible to the menu.
I have a table booked and I am feeling unwell, can I get a refund?
We have relaxed our cancellation policy and with at least 36 hours’ notice we will consider a credit to your account if you’re unwell and no longer able to attend. Please email [email protected] in this situation.
You may pass your booking to other family or friends and they can update the contact details of people attending on the night.
