I have forgotten my password.

If you have forgotten your password you can request to have an activation link emailed to you to be able to reset your password. Simply visit the Login Page here, then click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link, put your email address in the pop-up box, submit, and you will receive in an email and follow the prompts to reset your password. Or call our Box Office team if you have further issues 5588 4000.

I no longer wish to receive emails from HOTA, what do I do?

If you no longer wish to receive any HOTA emails you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link that says ‘unsubscribe’ at the footer of the email .

You can also update your details and log in to your account to view a full list of the types of emails you are currently subscribed to or to manage your subscription preferences.
