Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practice has real, concrete results for the mind and body. Not only bringing balance to the ebbs and flows of life but is known to increases body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, calm and centre the nervous system.

My classical teachings are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced and will provide you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.”

Keeping you safe

It is incredibly important to us that you have a safe experience when you come to HOTA. We have a COVID Safe plan which you can read on our FAQs page and there are some new conditions of entry which you should read before purchasing a ticket or attending an event at HOTA.

When you arrive, you’ll be asked to register the details of everyone in your group for the purpose of contact tracing.

All events are set up to ensure we meet all social distancing and hygiene guidelines. All you have to do is enjoy yourself.
