“With 6000+ hours teaching experience my focus is to help guide those who are willing to make a conscious movement towards acquiring the utmost state of your body and mind by extending the knowledge that has been passed onto me from my gurus and teachers over the last 29 years.

With the current world situation and unfolding events maintaining mental health and wellbeing and adapting to our changing circumstances is key. Yoga does more than make you feel good, this practice has real, concrete results for the mind and body. Not only bringing balance to the ebbs and flows of life but is known to increases body awareness, relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpen attention and concentration, calm and centre the nervous system.

My classical teachings are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced and will provide you with valuable techniques that will enable you to optimise your inner wellness.”
