Leave Me Alone

In Conversation with Christian Hull & Phoebe Kahn

Due to the latest Government restrictions, Emmylou MacCarthy will be replaced by Phoebe Kahn during our In Conversation with Christian Hull.

Already familiar to Christian’s fans, Phoebe has worked closely alongside Christian for two years. Think of her as like a personal assistant/right hand woman, but one who knows all of Christian’s deepest, darkest secrets. She helped facilitate the content of the book and the two together will no doubt argue on stage about the finer details of his life.

No one else could replace Emmylou! Christian and Phoebe will have fun on stage and it will still be a good, almost definitely inappropriate laugh.

We encourage you to hang on to your tickets and enjoy the ride!

If you require a refund, you can apply for one here. Requests must be received prior to the event.

Comedian, writer, podcaster and content creator Christian Hull sits down with host Emmylou Loves to talk about the stories from his hilarious no-filter memoir Leave Me Alone.

In this intimate conversation, Christian will expand on life working in radio, his chaotic family life, and how he built his ‘F*** Off’ empire – and he’ll share some stories that he wasn’t allowed to publish, just for HOTA audiences.

His story is a tale of breaking the mould and embracing exactly who you are – even if who you are is a wildly popular alter-ego named Trish.

Christian tells his behind-the-scenes story with his signature, completely unapologetic honesty, from growing up with triplet brothers to building a career in comedy; from his fear of moths to some of his more daring Grindr sexcapades. He invites you into his personal creative universe, where wearing a wig to make random videos and screaming swearwords at resin pendants somehow turn out to be great decisions.
