Career Opportunities

#Want to join our team?

HOTA, Home of the Arts is a growing and ambitious arts precinct on the sun-filled Gold Coast. The people in our team need to be bold, ambitious and ideas-driven.

In return, you’ll be part of the team that makes extraordinary things happen; where no two days are ever the same. To be successful you will need to be agile and responsive yet understand the impact your decisions have on artists, audiences and your colleagues.

Every day you’ll help make great art happen and you’ll reap the benefits of your ideas and commitment. If this excites you and there’s a role at HOTA that you think you’d be perfect for, we want to hear from you.

Have any questions? Speak to the People and Culture team at HOTA on (07) 5588 4078.

There may be opportunities for some fixed term contracts to be offered during busy periods – but predominately this will be a casual (as required) role.

HOTA is an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their gender, race, disability, religion, sexual orientation or age.
