Your HOTA Artist Pass will available for collection at Box Office after the date specified in your successful application confirmation email.
How do I redeem my HOTA Artist Pass discounts?
You must present your HOTA Artist Pass card in order to receive your discounts. If ordering tickets online, you will need to be logged into your account and provide your issued HOTA Artist Pass number to complete the transaction and to apply the discount. You’ll need to present your HOTA Artist Pass card when collecting your ticket.
How can I find out which HOTA shows and tickets have the 25% Artist Pass discount?
The HOTA Artist Pass show discount only applies to Adult, Senior, Pension and Student ticket prices on selected performances. How much money do I save with my zero-transaction fee discount and what does it mean?
A saving of $4.00 will apply to each booking transaction you make when purchasing tickets to any event at HOTA, including all shows, workshops and Cinema.
How do I redeem my other HOTA Artist Pass benefits?
You will receive an email notifying you of invitations to exclusive events and screenings and special promotions on events and performances for HOTA Artist Pass holders. To ensure you receive these emails, please notify HOTA of any change of email address or contact information.
